1. Product Information

• We strive to display accurate book descriptions, images, and pricing.
• However, minor variations may occur (e.g., Number of pages, cover variations).
• Availability of books is subject to change without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees and are subject to change.
• We accept payments through COD or Bank Transfer.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3 Business Days after confirmation.
• We might contact the customer over the phone to confirm the order in some situations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on your location, courier partners, and book availability.
• Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our responsibility.
• Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Wrong book delivered
• Damaged or defective product
• Customers must request a return within 7 Days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 Days after approval.
• Digital products (eBooks/PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
